Shipping policy
All orders go through a production phase before shipping. Production times vary depending on the complexity of your order and are separate from shipping times.
Turnaround times are indicated in each individual listing. If an order includes items with multiple turnaround times, the longest estimate is the default time.
If some of the items you are purchasing have a shorter shipping time and you need them sooner than other estimates, please consider purchasing those separately so they are not held up by the longer order processing time.
Tracking Upon Work Order Completion:
Once your order has been processed and completed, it will be shipped based on the selected shipping method.
After production is complete, shipping typically takes approximately 1-5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s delivery schedule.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery status. Please use the tracking link to determine your approximate delivery date.
Ensure Your Shipping Information Is Correct
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but is not received, customers should contact the carrier directly for resolution.
