Important Information

This is a print only package; foam board, coroplast, hardware, setup, and decorating services are not included. All adhesive prints are professionally printed and shipped rolled, ready for installation. LED photo centerpieces and photo magnets are physical finished products that will be printed and shipped. Additional graduation add-ons are available separately, and tax and shipping will be calculated at checkout.

🚚 Shipping & Production Policy

All packages are custom-designed and made to order. Due to design, proofing, and production timelines, orders must be placed at least 4 weeks prior to your event date to ensure timely delivery. Production begins only after final design approval has been received.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or unforeseen transit issues. Tax and shipping are calculated at checkout.

🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Once design work has begun or files have been sent to production, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

If your package arrives damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can assess and assist accordingly.
